At last months D23 Expo, Marvel Studios revealed a brand new series featuring Ms Marvel would be coming to Disney+.  However no release schedule was announced, but according to Discussing Film, filming is due to start in September 2020.

They’ve already begun casting for the series and are apparently looking for an unknown actor for the role of Ms Marvel.

Bisha K. Ali will be working as the showrunner on the new Ms Marvel series, she has previously worked on Hulu’s ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ series.

This new Ms Marvel series will be part of “Phase 4”, which will also include new Disney+ shows including the Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Loki, WandaVision, Moon Knight and She-Hulk.
