Disney has announced that the second batch of episodes from the first season of the Latin American series, “The Montaners” will be coming to Disney+ globally on Wednesday 28th December 2022.

This series follows the iconic Montaner family, headed by one of the most important artists in Latin music’s history: Ricardo Montaner. This family of artists has become one of the most successful in the entertainment business. Get a peek at their daily lives as they balance family and professional life. Ricardo and Marlene, the parents, observe how the nest becomes emptier and emptier. Their eldest son, Ricky, is ready to marry actress and model Stefi Roitman. Evaluna, the youngest is expecting her first child with Camilo. After overcoming a crisis trying to balance his work life and his relationship, Mau, the middle child, announces he is expecting a baby with his wife, Sara Escobar. We’ll see stunning images and live performances. We’ll get to know the family’s lifestyle through videos captured on phones, interviews, and private family footage.


The new 10-episode docu-series features cinematic moments, live musical performances and presents their lifestyles in vérité-style documentary, made with mixed media formats, such as cell phone footage and confessional interviews, making use of Ricardo’s private video and photo archive who for years has recorded with his camera small and big moments of his growing family. With a non-linear narrative style and providing an intimate and deep look into their lives, “The Montaners” offers the audience the opportunity to get to know each member of the familly.

Created by the Montaners and Lex Borrero, produced by NTERTAIN Studios with creative collaboration of Disney Branded Television’s unscripted team.

Lex Borrero, Tommy Mottola and Ivanni Rodríguez serve as executive producers along with Ricardo, Marlene, Mau and Ricky Montaner. Santiago Zapata and Chris Smith are the series’ executive producers and also serve as showrunners and directors for NTERTAIN Studios.

Episodes 6 – 10 will be coming to Disney+ on Wednesday 28th December 2022 and the first five episodes are available to stream now.
