More Cast Revealed For FX’s “Disinherited” Pilot
Disney’s FX Productions is developing a new pilot for a new drama called “Disinherited”, which is being created by “Better Call Saul” co-creator/executive producer Peter Gould.
“Disinherited” tells the story of how an unexpected inheritance thrusts a pair of scrappy sisters, Sarah and Marian, into a world of generational wealth and long-buried crimes.
The pilot will star Victoria Pedretti (You) and Kiera Allen (Run), along with Karl Glusman (Eenie Meenie), Alan Ruck (Succession), Evil star Katja Herbers, Eddie Marsan (The Bombing of Pan Am) and Jonathan Higginbotham (The Walking Dead: Dead City)
According to Deadline, Victoria Pedretti and Kiera Allen will be playing the sisters, Sarah and Marian. While Karl Glusman will play the role of a paralegal who helps Sarah and Marian with the inheritance.
Alan Ruck will play a powerful attorney who handles the sisters’ inheritance case. Katja Herbers will play the role of a mother of a young boy who seemingly comes from an important family.
This new project will be executive produced by Peter Gould, Rian Johnson, Ram Bergman, and Nena Rodrigue of T-Street.
As with other pilots, the project could still go through some creative changes if it does get picked up for a full series. Should the pilot get picked up for a series, we should expect to see it released on the FX linear channel and on Hulu/ Disney+.
