Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from March 10th, 2025, to March 16th 2025. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

With the release of Disney’s billion-dollar box office movie, “Moana 2”, the film topped both the Overall and Movie charts, highlighting Disney’s strategy of how a theatrical release can benefit a streaming release, rather than going direct to streaming platforms.

Disney continues to dominate the acquired and overall charts, with Disney’s biggest hits “Grey’s Anatomy”, Bob’s Burgers”, “Bluey” and “Family Guy”, making up the majority of these charts for Hulu and Hulu On Disney+, with “Family Guy” also topping the acquired chart once again.

It’s also interesting to see that the new Disney+ Original, “Daredevil: Born Again”, once again failed to make the original chart, which could potentially build up viewership as new episodes release, but it’s not a good sign that one of this year’s biggest Disney+ releases isn’t getting the viewership that people were expecting.  Typically, Disney+ Originals tend to build up viewership over time due to the weekly release schedule, compared to Netflix’s binge drop method, which tends to lead to larger viewership numbers in terms of minutes watched.
