Back at the San Diego Comic Con in 2022, Marvel Studios announced that it would be bringing back Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio would be returning to our screens as Daredevil and the Kingpin in a brand new series for Disney+ called “Daredevil: Born Again”.

Originally the series was going to be released in the spring of 2024, but due to the actor’s and writer’s strikes, production on the series was halted. And when filming resumed, the show had gone through some major creative restructuring and a decision was made to turn it more into a revival of the original series that debuted on Netflix.

Also returning for the new series will be Jon Bernthal as The Punisher, along with Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson.

Initially, the series was announced to be eighteen episodes long, however, during the creative process, its now been adjusted with the first season will now consist of nine episodes.

During Disney’s Upfront event in New York, Disney has confirmed that the new series will debut on Disney+ around the world in March 2025.

While we wait for new series, you can check out the previous seasons of “Daredevil” on Disney+ now.
