Marvel’s “Avengers: Doomsday” Trailer Released
Just ahead of this weekend’s Marvel Studios Presentation at San Diego Comic-Con, Disney has released the first trailer for the upcoming movie, “Avengers: Doomsday”, which will be coming to cinemas at the end of the year and hitting Disney+ in 2027.
In “Avengers: Doomsday,” beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.

Marvel Studios’ “Avengers: Doomsday” is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo; produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito and Jonathan Schwartz; and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Pedro Pascal, Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Florence Pugh, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Wyatt Russell, Channing Tatum, Simu Liu, Ian McKellen, Tom Hiddleston, James Marsden, Patrick Stewart, Joseph Quinn, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, Letitia Wright, Lewis Pullman, Kelsey Grammer, Kathryn Newton, Danny Ramirez, Winston Duke, Alan Cumming, Hannah John-Kamen, Rebecca Romijn, Mabel Cadena, with Tenoch Huerta Mejia.
A new poster was also released for the movie:
“Avengers: Doomsday” releases exclusively in cinemas on 18th December 2026 and will arrive on Disney+ a few months later in the first half of 2027 on Disney+.
Roger’s Take: Without a doubt, this is going to be the biggest box office hit of the year, as bringing together many of the heroes and villains from the past few years of movies and shows for one epic showdown with Doctor Doom is going to bring everyone in. The trailer certainly didn’t disappoint, as we got to see plenty of action but, more importantly, got to see a clear insight into who is going to star in this one. No doubt there’ll be some surprises kept back for the movie’s release, but with SDCC taking place this weekend, Marvel finally dropped the trailer that everyone has been waiting for after it debuted at CinemaCon a couple of months ago.
