Disney has announced a brand new LEGO Marvel animated special called “Marvel Avengers: Mission Demolition” is going to be coming to Disney+ on October 18th 2024.

An all-new animated special, “LEGO Marvel Avengers: Mission Demolition” is the tenth entry in the popular signature-branded storytelling series. In the new special from Marvel Studios and the LEGO Group, a young, aspiring hero and superhero fan inadvertently unleashes a powerful new villain looking to rid the world of the Avengers.

The special will feature a huge cast of Marvel characters, including Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Thor, Captain America: Sam Wilson and Black Widow.

While many fans think that Wolverine is the main focus of the story, it’s actually Demolition Man, also known as D-Man and was introduced in the comics in the 80s.

This is the latest animated special for Disney+ from LEGO, having previously worked together on multiple projects from franchises such as Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar and Disney Princesses.

Roger’s Take:  The partnership between LEGO and Disney continues, and I don’t see a reason for them not to; this is perfect content for Disney+ and Marvel fans.  I’ve enjoyed many of LEGO’s previous specials and shorts, so I’m looking forward to watching this one too.
