Disney announced the highlights of ABC’s “Good Morning America” from April 8th through April 13th, 2024, which included interviews with Lionel Richie, Katie Perry, and Luke Bryan from “American Idol”.

“Good Morning America” is a two-hour, live program anchored by Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Michael Strahan, and Ginger Zee is the chief meteorologist.

Highlights of the week include the following:

• Monday, April 8 — Live reports on the solar eclipse from ABC News reporters around the country; the kickoff of weeklong series Comfort Food America, spotlighting small businesses serving some of the most comforting dishes in their cities and “GMA” weekend anchor Whit Johnson reports from Cleveland, Ohio; cooking with chef Judy Joo
• Tuesday, April 9 — Author Simone Gorrindo (“The Wives”); A musical performance by Conan Gray; day two of the weeklong series Comfort Food America with fitness expert Jessica Sims in Denver, Colorado; part one of a spring bonanza Deals & Steals with ABC’s e-commerce editor Tory Johnson
• Wednesday, April 10 — Part two of a spring bonanza of Deals & Steals with e-commerce editor Tory Johnson; actress Kirsten Dunst (“Civil War”); day three of Comfort Food America with ABC News correspondent Ike Ejiochi reporting from Houston, Texas; author Leigh Bardugo (“The Familiar”)
• Thursday, April 11 — Author Alice Randall (“My Black Country”); day four of Comfort Food America, featuring fitness expert Jessica Sims in Boston, Massachusetts; more Deals & Steals with e-commerce editor Tory Johnson
• Friday, April 12 – The finale of Comfort Food America with the “GMA” anchors sharing some of their favorite comfort food dishes; The Right Stuff series with “GMA” lifestyle contributor Lori Bergamotto, who tests the best rain gear; Lionel Richie, Katie Perry and Luke Bryan (“American Idol”); a preview of the Disney+ global premiere of the “Bluey” special episode
• Saturday, April 13 — Deals & Steals with ABC e-commerce editor Tory Johnson

The morning news program airs Monday through Saturday at 7:00-9:00 a.m. EST on ABC.  New episodes are available the next day for a limited time on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
