This past weekend, Disney released a special episode of the hit comedy series, “Abbott Elementary” straight after the Oscars event and the episode featured a special guest appearance by Bradley Cooper and that’s not the only special guest to appear on the show in the third season.

In this workplace comedy, a group of dedicated, passionate teachers — and a slightly tone-deaf principal — are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible educators may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do — even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children.

Deadline has revealed that Lana Condor, Keegan-Michael Key, Cree Summer, Tatyana Ali and Karan Soni will all be making appearances in the comedy series, either as a guest or in a recurring role.

Unfortunately, we don’t know any details on what these appearances will involve, such as what character they will be playing or when their appearances will be released.

We won’t have to wait too long to start seeing some of these special appearances as Cree Summer will be starring in this week’s episode, which sees Janine spearhead a pilot program that brings a librarian to Abbott; however, when friction arises with one of the teachers, it strains Janine’s relationships with both parties. Meanwhile, both Melissa and Jacob deal with some big changes at home.

“Abbott Elementary” stars Emmy Award winner Quinta Brunson as Janine Teagues, Tyler James Williams as Gregory Eddie, Janelle James as Ava Coleman, Chris Perfetti as Jacob Hill, Lisa Ann Walter as Melissa Schemmenti, William Stanford Davis as Mr. Johnson and Emmy Award winner Sheryl Lee Ralph as Barbara Howard.

Quinta Brunson created the series and serves as an executive producer alongside Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker of Delicious Non-Sequitur Productions, Randall Einhorn and Brian Rubenstein. Warner Bros. Television and 20th Television produce the series.

New episodes from the third season of “Abbott Elementary” are released every Wednesday evening at 9 p.m. on ABC, with new episodes available the following day on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+. The previous two seasons are also available to stream now on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world. The third season will also soon be coming to Disney+ internationally, where the show is released as a Star Original.
