Disney has revealed details on a brand-new comedy special from Kumail Nanjiani, which will be one of the monthly Hularious comedy special lineup.

Kumail Nanjiani is an Oscar-nominated writer, Emmy-nominated actor, and critically acclaimed producer and comedian.   He has recently starred in the original series, “Welcome To Chippendales”, “Only Murders In The Building”, “What If?” and “Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi”.  He has also appeared in “Bless the Harts”, “The X-Files”,  “Community”, “Stuber”, “Mike And Dave Need Wedding Dates”, “Eternals”, “Central Intelligence”, and “The Lego Ninjago Movie”.

He is currently on his “Kumail Nanjiani: Doing This Again” comedy tour across North America and Europe.    He has previously been on tour as part of his one-man show “Unpronounceable” and won awards for his stand-up comedy work.

This upcoming special has been produced by ITV America and TheYearOfElan. Nanjiani will serve as an executive producer alongside Elan Gale and Bernie Schaeffer.

So far, Disney has released comedy specials featuring Ilana Glazer, Roy Wood, Jr., and Chris Distefano, with Bill Burr’s coming in March.

Disney hasn’t yet shared a title for the special, nor confirmed when it will be released, but like the other recent Hularious comedy specials, will be released on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world.
