Disney has announced that three seasons of A+E documentary series, “Intervention” will be coming to Disney+ in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The Emmy award-winning series “Intervention” profiles people whose uncontrollable addiction to drugs, alcohol or compulsive behavior has brought them to the brink of destruction and has devastated their family and friends. This season begins with all-new episodes anchored in California confronting the Fentanyl Crisis followed by never-before-seen episodes from various cities.

The series debuted on March 6th, 2005 and has run for 24 seasons. “Intervention” is produced by GRB Studios for A&E Network with Gary R. Benz and Tucia Lyman serving as Executive Producers. Brad Holcman serving as an Executive Producer for A&E Network. A+E Networks holds worldwide distribution rights for “Intervention.”

Seasons 19, 21 and 22 will be coming to Disney+ in Canada on Wednesday, 8th February 2023. While in Australia and New Zealand, the same three seasons will arrive a couple of weeks later on Wednesday, 22nd February 2023.

Recently, Disney has been releasing content from the A+E Networks such as Lifetime, History and FYE, which Disney owns 50% of.
