Disney has released a new trailer for the upcoming Australian Hulu Original series, “Love Me”, which reveals how love can appear at the most inconvenient of times, as it does for Clara, Glen and Aaron, who find themselves at an emotional crossroads following an unexpected event that changes their lives forever.

The Mathiesons have it all. As Glen, his daughter Clara and son Aaron reel from the shock death of Christine, they are all struggling to deal with their hurt in different ways. Glen is stalked by the loss of his wife, and the guilt he carries with him. Clara’s in a state of emotional ambivalence – the years of a fraught mother/daughter relationship have left damaging scars. Then there’s Aaron – he’s genuinely hurt. And unsure why the others aren’t seemingly as sad.

Check out the trailer below:

“Love Me” stars Hugo Weaving (The Lord Of The Rings, Captain America: The First Avenger & The Matrix), Bojana Novakovic (Birds Of Prey, Operation Buffalo, Rake), William Lodder (Wakefield, Go Karts), Sarah Peirse (Sweet Tooth, Stateless, The Letdown) and Shalom Brune-Franklin (The Tourist, War Of The Worlds, Line Of Duty).

The six-episode series is produced by Warner Bros International Television Australia for the Foxtel group and is available on Binge in Australia. And has been was written by Alison Bell, Leon Ford, Adele Vuko and Blake Ayshford and directed by Emma Freeman (Stateless).

Disney acquired the US distribution rights last month, so its unlikely to be released on Disney+ internationally.
