Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 12th December 2022 through to 18th December 2022. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.

Unsurprisingly, Christmas-themed content drew in more viewers on Disney+ during December, with the classic “Home Alone” film being extremely popular, along with the new series, “The Santa Clauses”.  The two other major original series, “National Treasure: Edge Of History” and “Willow” failed to pull in enough viewers, with neither show making the original trending list.

“Bluey” continues to be a huge draw for younger audiences for Disney+, while Disney’s shows made by ABC, such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, continue to pull in viewers on Netflix. These shows are available on Disney+ internationally, including “NCIS” in the UK.
