Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 26th September 2022 through to 2nd October 2022. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.

“Hocus Pocus 2” was the biggest new entry of the week and is the biggest debut for a Disney+ Original film in terms of minutes watched in the US.  The original film also got a boost and pushed its way up the movie chart.  Proving the power of a major new film release can make a huge impact with lots of viewers.

“Star Wars: Andor” held its place on the Original chart with the release of the fourth episode, and the Marvel series, “She-Hulk: Attorney At Law”, smashed back into the chart.

Disney’s shows made by ABC, such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, continue to pull in viewers on Netflix. These shows are available on Disney+ internationally, including “NCIS” in the UK.
