Disney’s FX is developing a new half-hour comedy series called “Burnfield”, which is being created by Justin Chon, Garrett Basch and Bobby Hundreds.

The show has been preemptively brought by FX and is based on the streetwear brand “The Hundreds”, which was created over twenty years ago by Bobby and Ben Hundreds. The streetwear is reminiscent of ‘90s workwear and Californian subculture tribes.

Justin Chon also owned a chain of streetwear multi-stores called The Attic in Southern California for 10 years.

The upcoming series will see Justin Chon and Bobby Hundreds co-create, direct, screenwrite and executive produce it. Also executive producing is Garrett Basch, who has a first-look deal with FX, having previously worked on “What We Do In The Shadow” and “Reservation Dogs”.

FX Productions and Basch’s production company, Dive, will produce the series, with Dive’s Molly Leonard overseeing on behalf of the company.

No other details on this upcoming series, such as when it will begin filming, when it will be release, what the plot will be, or who will star in it. As with other FX shows, expect to see it released on the FX linear channel and on Disney’s streaming services, Hulu and Disney+.
