“Flamin’ Hot” To Open The Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival
Searchlight Pictures’ upcoming film, “Flamin’ Hot”, will be opening up at the upcoming Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival, which is taking place at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood at 7 pm on Wednesday, 31st May 2023.
“Flamin’ Hot,” tells the story of Richard Montañez, the Frito Lay janitor who channelled his Mexican American heritage and upbringing to turn the iconic Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a snack that disrupted the food industry and became a global pop culture phenomenon.
Marking Eva Longoria’s fictional feature directorial debut, “Flamin’ Hot” brings a compelling and inspiring story to the big screen, with performances from Jesse Garcia, Annie Gonzalez, Dennis Haysbert and Emilio Rivera, among others. The film has been written by collaborators Lewis Colick and Linda Yvette Chávez.

“Flamin’ Hot” is going to be released on Hulu and Disney+ on Friday 9th June 2023
