First Look At National Geographic’s “Arctic Ascent With Alex Honnold”

Disney has released the opening scene for the upcoming National Geographic documentary series, “Arctic Ascent with Alex Honnold”, which sees world-renowned climber, Alex Honnold, embark on an epic quest of unclimbed walls in one of the most remote corners of Greenland, a country on the frontline of the climate crisis.

Also joining Alex on his quest are world-class climbers Hazel Findlay and Mikey Schaefer, Dr. Heïdi Sevestre, Greenlandic guide Adam Kjeldsen, and renowned adventurer Aldo Kane.

All three episodes will premiere in the United States on the National Geographic Channel on February 4th 2024, at 8/7c. With all three episodes set to be released the following day, on February 5th 2023, on Disney+ and Hulu. No international release details have yet been confirmed, but expect this series to also be released globally on Disney+ at a later date.
