The BBC has released a clip from the upcoming second “Doctor Who” 60th Anniversary special, “Wild Blue Yonder”, which is coming out this Saturday, 2nd December 2023 on BBC iPlayer in the United Kingdom/Ireland and Disney+ around the world, including in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

In “Wild Blue Yonder”, The TARDIS takes the Doctor and Donna to the furthest edge of adventure. To escape, they must face the most desperate fight of their lives, with the fate of the universe at stake.

“Doctor Who” is produced by Bad Wolf and BBC Studios. The series returns under the creative vision of returning showrunner Russell T. Davies, who also serves as a writer and executive producer. Additional executive producers include Phil Collinson, Joel Collins, Julie Gardner and Jane Tranter. The 60th-anniversary specials are written by Russell T. Davies and directed by Rachel Talalay, Tom Kingsley, and Chanya Button, respectively. BBC Studios is handling the global distribution for the show.

The first special, “The Star Beast,” is now available to stream on Disney+ around the world and on BBC iPlayer in the UK.
