“Doctor Odyssey” Coming Soon To Disney+ (Canada)
Disney has announced that the upcoming drama series, “Doctor Odyssey”, which comes from the brilliant mind of Ryan Murphy, will be coming soon to Disney+ in Canada.
The series tells the story of Max, played by Joshua Jackson, who is the new on-board doctor for a luxury cruise ship where the staff works hard and plays harder. It’s all-hands-on-deck as Max and his small but mighty medical team navigate unique medical crises and each other, miles from shore.
“Doctor Odyssey” stars Joshua Jackson, Phillipa Soo, Sean Teale and Don Johnson. The series, produced by 20th Television in association with Ryan Murphy Television, is written and executive produced by Ryan Murphy, Jon Robin Baitz and Joe Baken. Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson serve as executive producers. Paris Barclay directs and executive produces. Eric Paquette, Alexis Martin Woodall, Eric Kovtun, Scott Robertson and Nissa Diederich also serve as executive producers.
The new series will premiere in the United States on Thursday, 26th September, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, with episodes arriving the next day on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+, which is the same day as when new episodes will be released on Disney+ in Canada.

Roger’s Take: It’s interesting that Disney is starting to lean in more on Next Day Episodes in Canada, as there are also three FX series, “The Old Man”, “American Sports Story” and “English Teacher”, doing the same, so it does look like
