Disney has released a trailer for the upcoming animated series, “Kindergarten: The Musical”, which tells stories about navigating all of the exciting and emotional experiences that come with starting school for the very first time.

The series follows 5-year-old Berti, her amazing teacher Ms. Moreno and new friends at Porter Elementary, and features Broadway-style song and dance numbers that help the kids express their big feelings and provide a peek into their incredible imaginations.

“Kindergarten: The Musical” has been produced by Oddbot Entertainment in association with Disney Jr.  Michelle Lewis and Charlton Pettus have created the series, with Tom Warburton, Michelle Lewis, Kay Hanley, Charlton Pettus and Dan Petty executive producing the show.  Laurie Israel is also a co-executive producer and story editor.

The series regular cast includes Andrea Rosa Guzman as Berti, Zander Chin as Radish, Leah Newman as Rose, Shyam Balasubramanian as Tej, Tandi Fomukong as Abigail, Kailen Jude as Kenji, Randy Perrine as Jamil and Alice Halsey as Kat and Ellie.

The new series will be released on Disney Junior on September 3rd 2024 at 8 am EDT/PDT, plus it will also be shown on the Disney Channel later that day. The first batch of ten episodes will also be available on Disney+ the following day on September 4th 2024.
