During the Walt Disney Company’s quarterly financial results call, Disney CEO Bob Chapek announced that Disney+ would be coming to countries in Latin America in November.

Disney fans in Latin America have been eagerly awaiting the launch of Disney+, offering brands such as Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel and National Geographic, but they’ve had to wait as Disney+ rolled out in other regions first.

At last years Investor Day event, Disney set a target of 60 million subscribers for its new Disney+ streaming platform.  During the conference call, it was confirmed that Disney has hit its target of 60 million subscribers globally, within its first year, so with a Latin America launch coming soon, Disney+ is set to become even bigger.

Are you excited for the launch of Disney+ in Latin America?
