Disney+ Throwback Experience Kicks Off In Los Angeles
To celebrate the Disney+ Throwbacks summer campaign, Disney has taken over Rock Etiquette in Los Angeles for a Disney+ Throwback Experience, which is operating until June 15th 2025.
Disney kicked the event off with some talent from Disney’s most iconic hits, who were transported into a dream world of nostalgia. From East High wildcat Lucas Grabeel (High School Musical) to Hannah Montana’s Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, the event was a totally rad reunion of the best of the ‘90s and 2000s.
Additional guests in attendance include:
- Anna Maria Perez de Tagle (Camp Rock, Hannah Montana)
- Bart Johnson (High School Musical)
- Christina Vidal (Freaky Friday)
- Dan Povenmire, David Errigo Jr., & Vincent Martella (Phineas and Ferb)
- Jake Thomas (Lizzie McGuire)
- Josh Sussman (Wizards of Waverly Place)
- Jason Dolley & Mia Talerico (Good Luck Charlie)
- Dior Goodjohn & Leah Sava Jeffries (Percy Jackson and the Olympians)
- Mekonnen Knife (ZOMBIES 4: Dawn of the Vampires)

- The Cheetah Girls’ recording studio
- Hannah Montana’s closet
- Topanga’s Denim Co. inspired by “Boy Meets World”

The experience is part of the Disney+ Throwback campaign, a summer-long celebration of the ‘90s and 2000s series and films that defined a generation. Whether fans dreamed of being Genovian royalty or eating peanut butter and chocolate sandwich cookies with Hallie and Annie, the Disney+ library has something for everyone to rediscover or experience for the very first time. And with Hulu on Disney+, bundle subscribers can dive deeper into their favourite teen dramas and swoon-worthy romances.
The Disney+ Throwback Experience is free and open to the public with a ticketed time slot today through June 15 at Rock Etiquette (7550 Melrose Blvd.). Tickets are available at: https://www.showclix.com/tickets/disneyplusthrowbackexperience.
