Disney Nominated For 30 Television Critics Association Awards
While this summer’s press tour has been cancelled due to the WGA strike and potential SAG strike, they have still announced this year’s nominations for the 39th annual TCA Awards, which will be announced on August 7th 2023.
Across all of Disney’s studios, they picked up 30 nominations, w 10 for FX, 9 for Disney+, 4 for ABC, and 4 for Hulu, along with Disney, ESPN and National Geographic.
“The Bear” tied for the most number of nominations, along with HBO’s “Succession” and “The Last Of Us”. Other nominees include “Andor”, “Ms Marvel”, “Welcome To Wrexham”, “Abbot Elementary”, “The Mysterious Benedict Society”, “Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur”, “A Small Light”, “Love Victor”, “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” and “Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures”.
