Disney+ Hosts “Wonder Man” Premiere In Hollywood

With just under a week until the release of Marvel’s new Disney+ original series, “Wonder Man”, Disney hosted the world premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre multiplex in Hollywood.

The Los Angeles-based series follows aspiring Hollywood actor, Simon Williams, who is struggling to get his career off the ground. During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery, an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns that legendary director Von Kovak is remaking the superhero film “Wonder Man.” These two actors at opposite ends of their careers doggedly pursue life-changing roles in this film as audiences get a peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.

Attending the event were the show’s co-creators Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest, who were joined by cast members Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Sir Ben Kingsley, Zlatko Burić, Arian Moayed, X Mayo, Byron Bowers, Shola Adewusi, and Demetrius Grosse.
