Disney+ Adds Marvel “Wolverine” Special Look Trailer
Today, Sony has released a brand-new video game on the PlayStation 5 based on the popular Marvel character, Wolverine, which delivers an intense and emotional story based on famed Marvel hero Logan as he embarks on a relentless search for answers about his past.
This new video game continues to build on Marvel Games’ commitment to collaborating with world-class developers to craft original stories built for interactive entertainment, giving fans new and meaningful ways to connect with the characters they love.
As part of the launch of the video game on the PlayStation 5, a Marvel’s “Wolverine” Special Look Trailer has also been released on Disney+ to promote the game to a larger audience.
Disney has been releasing special look trailers for its latest movies and experiences on Disney+ for a while, to help promote new products and make the most of the corporate synergy between divisions.
Hermen Hulst, CEO, Studio Business, Sony Interactive Entertainment, said in a statement regarding the new game’s release:
“Marvel’s Wolverine represents another major milestone for PlayStation Studios and the incredibly talented teams at Insomniac Games and Marvel Games,” said . “This original vision for Logan is a powerful example of making an iconic character shine on PlayStation 5 through extraordinary craftsmanship and a bold creative vision. It’s an experience built to surprise players and leave a lasting impression.”
With Marcus Smith, Insomniac Games’ creative director, adding:
“When we set off to make Marvel’s Wolverine, our goal was to create an authentic and compelling Wolverine experience that delivers a new, unique story while remaining true to iconic characters. Of course, that includes making players feel like Wolverine from start to finish. “Wolverine” is out now on the PlayStation 5 around the world, and there is also a bonus edition with additional suits, plus players can also unlock a special suit that makes Wolverine look like he does in the Disney+ original animated series, “X-Men ’97”.
