Disney+ Adds “Female Leads” Collection To Celebrate Woman’s History Month
To celebrate “Woman’s History Month”, Disney has added a new collection of movies and documentaries. From Ruby Bridges to Jane Goddall to your favourite fictional heroine from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic, Disney+ is highlighting inspiring women all month long in the “Female Leads” collection on Disney+.
The collection can be found on the Disney+ home screen and in the search section, where it can be found under the title “Female Leads”. Or by clicking here.

Hulu’s Made by Her hub consists of shows and movies that were awarded the ReFrame Stamp for having a gender-balanced production. The Hub includes a vast array of hit series and films starring and made by women including historic Golden Globe Award-winning director Chloe Zhao’s “Nomadland” and Andra Day’s Golden Globe Award winning performance in “The United States Vs. Billie Holiday.” With her historic win, Day became only the second Black actress to win in the category and the first to win in 35 years.
On ESPN+ women are athletes, coaches, storytellers and fans all month long with “30 for 30” films, documentaries, and “The Black Queens” collection from The Undefeated.
