Marvel Studios is recently started filming a brand new series “Echo” for Disney+, which will focus on Maya Lopez, aka Echo, who is being played by Alaqua Cox, who was introduced in the “Hawkeye” series.
Last week, Alaqua Cox shared an image of a bunch of flowers she was sent by “Reservation Dogs” actress Devery Jacobs to celebrate the start of filming on “Echo”.
Deadline has now revealed that Devery Jacobs has also been cast in the Marvel series. It’s unclear exactly who Devery will be playing though it’s believed that she is one of the lead characters and is being referred to as Julie, who is resilient and strong-willed.
The new “Echo” series is being written and executive produced by Etan Cohen and Emily Cohen. No other details have been officially revealed about the “Echo” series.
It’s also been rumoured that Vincent D’Onofrio will be also returning as Wilson Fisk aka the Kingpin of Crime and Charlie Cox will be making an appearance in the “Echo” series.
