Charity Lawson Joins “Dancing With The Stars”
Disney has announced the second celebrity to take part in this year’s season of “Dancing With The Stars”, which is going to be returning this Fall on ABC, Hulu and Disney+.
“Dancing with the Stars” is the hit series hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough in which celebrities are paired with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.
Following “The Bachelorette” finale, it was revealed during Monday’s episode of “The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose” that Charity Lawson will be joining the show as a contestant.
Charity Lawson is a child and family therapist from Columbus, Georgia, Charity Lawson earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Auburn University. The captivating 27-year-old stole America’s heart on season 27 of “The Bachelor” with her confidence, compassion for helping others and magnetic smile. Audiences saw Lawson open herself up to finding love by taking risks, all while supporting those around her. After her emotional exit, she solidified Bachelor Nation’s trust in her genuine desire to find love.

Last month, it was revealed that the first contestant on the show would be “Vanderpump Rules” star Ariana Madix.
The show is produced in front of a live audience by BBC Studios Los Angeles Productions.
The new season will make history, as it will be the first series to simulcast across both ABC and Disney+, and will be available the next day on Hulu.
