Disney’s Searchlight Pictures is in early development on a new film called “Is This Thing On?”, which according to Deadline, will be created by Bradley Cooper and Will Arnett.

Both Hollywood stars are going to be appearing in the film, with Bradley Cooper directing and Will Arnett will be writing the script with Mark Chappell. A draft script was turned in before the WGA strike started, but nothing more can be done with the script until the strike is over. No plot details on the film have been revealed.

Kris Thykier will also be a producer on the film, along with Bradley Cooper and Will Arnett. John Bishop will also be an executive producer on the film.

Bradley Cooper has recently starred as Rocket Raccoon in Marvel’s “Guardians Of The Galaxy”. He has been nominated for nine Oscars for his work as a writer, producer and actor in many films, including “Nightmare Alley”, “A Star Is Born”, and “Playbook”.

Will Arnett has previously appeared in “Arrested Development” and will star in the upcoming Searchlight Pictures film, “Next Goal Wins”.
