Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States for the week of 5th June 2023 through 11th June 2023. There are four different charts, Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies and a combined total chart.

The biggest movie of 2022 debuted on streaming in early June, with 20th Century Studios’ film, “Avatar: The Way Of Water” arriving on Disney+ and Max, shooting straight to the top of both the movie and overall chart.  The film was shared between the two streaming platforms, due to an agreement between the two companies as a ten-year deal came to a close.

Another movie success for 20th Century Studios was Searchlight Picture’s “Flamin’ Hot”, which debuted on the movie chart due to a dual release on both Disney+ and Hulu at the same time.  Plus, “Moana” and “Encanto” slipped back onto the movie chart.

Disney’s ABC mega-hit “Grey’s Anatomy” also to continues to pull in audiences on Hulu and Netflix in the US. Internationally the show is available on Disney+.   While “S.W.A.T” continued to pull in large audiences across multiple platforms, including Hulu. “Heartland” also continues to pull in viewers on Hulu, Netflix and Peacock.
