“Avatar: Fire & Ash” Tops The Nielsen Streaming Service

Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from June 22nd 2026, to June 28th 2026. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

The latest 20th Century Studios film, “Avatar: Fire And Ash” topped the movie charts, highlighting that even by waiting over six months after its theatrical release (and pulling in over $1.5 billion), a film can still pull in strong viewership when it hits streaming.

The final season of “The Bear” also hit Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ on the last day of this week, so it boosted that show back into the top 10 originals, and it will likely continue to do well when the next batch of data is revealed.

Pixar’s latest movie, “Hoppers”, continues to pull in viewers on the movie chart, but the release of “Toy Story 5” in cinemas gave the previous films a boost in views.

Disney continues to hold a large share of the acquired charts, with its biggest hits, including “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Bluey”, “Family Guy”, and “Bob’s Burgers”, still drawing viewers on Hulu and Disney+.
