With the first wave of European countries getting Disney+ on March 24th. Amazon has officially announced Disney+ will be available on their devices.

This announcement would have probably been made during today’s scheduled “European” launch event, which was cancelled due to fears over the Coronavirus.

Amazon device supported include: Fire TV streaming devices, such as Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube, and compatible Fire Tablets.

Fire TV makes it easy to search for and discover Disney+ content with Alexa. Using the Alexa Voice Remote included with your Fire TV, Fire TV Cube with Alexa built-in, or a paired Echo device, you can open the app by saying “Alexa, open Disney+.” You can also easily launch specific content exclusively available in Disney+ — just say “Alexa, watch [name of show]”. Fire TV’s universal search feature makes it easy to find shows or movies you’re looking for.

Not sure exactly what you want to watch? Try saying something like “Alexa, find Star Wars movies.” Disney+ content will now appear in these searches.

Are you going to be watching Disney+ on your Amazon device?
