Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from December 16th, 2024, to December 22nd 2024. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

As you might expect, in the days before Christmas, Disney+ subscribers were checking out the classic “Home Alone”, “Home Alone 2” and “Elf”.

Neither Disney+ nor Hulu have any major original show in the top ten originals, with “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” failing to get enough viewers to make the list.  With so many new originals being released for the holiday season, Netflix was able to take the lion share of the original chart.

Disney continues to dominate the acquired and overall charts, with Disney’s biggest hits ” “Grey’s Anatomy”, Bob’s Burgers”, “Bluey”, “Gossip Girl”, and “Family Guy”, making up the majority of these charts for Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.
