The show has been a massive success for Disney, pulling in big audiences not just on ABC but also on Hulu and Disney+.
Disney has announced that it has renewed the hit drama series, “High Potential” for a third season, which will be hitting our screens during the next fall/winter season.

20th Television produces “High Potential.” Drew Goddard and Sarah Esberg of Goddard Textiles, with Todd Harthan, Marc Halsey and Kaitlin Olson, serving as executive producers.
However, the new season will see Todd Harthan step away as the showrunner, so he can focus on the upcoming Disney+ Original series, “Eragon”, and 20th Television is now looking for a replacement.
The first two seasons of “High Potential” are available to stream now on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world.
Roger’s Take: I’m really glad “High Potential” is returning for another season, as I’ve been really enjoying this light-hearted police drama, as it’s an easy watch and fits the traditional mainstream linear TV style that’s so popular. Not everything needs to be a dark limited series, so it makes sense that Disney leans in on its most watched shows.
