“Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” Season 2 Disney+ Release Details Revealed

During today’s Marvel Panel at the New York Comic Con, Disney revealed that the second season of the hit animated series, “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” will be coming to Disney+ in Fall 2026.

“Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” is an animated series that follows takes place in an alternative multiverse that tells the story of Peter Parker, who’s on his way to becoming a hero, with a journey unlike we have ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.

Head of Marvel Television and Marvel Animation Brad Winderbaum teased that Season 2 will bring more Spidey-lore to the screen—and the footage included a sentient black goo that was immediately familiar to fans in the room.

Those in attendance at the panel got to see a sneak peek of the second season and it was revealed that Venom will be introduced, along with Gwen Stacy, plus the return of Daredevil, Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn, Doctor Ocotopus, Chameleon, Scorpion, and Nico Minoru.

The first season of “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” is available to stream on Disney+ and was released earlier this year.
