“Kumail Nanjiani: Night Thoughts” Release Date Announced

Disney has announced the release date for the upcoming comedy special from Kumail Nanjiani, called “Night Thoughts”.

With this all-new one-hour special, Nanjiani makes his return to stand-up after nearly a decade with “Night Thoughts.”

Kumail hasn’t done a stand-up special in over thirteen years and is most well known for his recent acting roles in Marvel’s “Eternals”, “Only Murders In The Building”, “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, “Welcome To Chipendales” and “Stuber”.

ITV America and TheYearOfElan have produced the new special, which is executive produced by Nanjiani, Elan Gale and Bernie Schaeffer.

This is the latest comedy special to be released as part of Disney’s “Hularious” brand, which includes comedy specials from Jim Gaffigan, Bill Burr, Ilana Glazer, Jessica Kirson, Ralph Barbosa, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Atsuko Okatsuka, Chris Distefano, Andrew Santino, Zarna Garg and Roy Wood Jr.

“Kumail Nanjiani: Night Thoughts” will premiere on Friday, 9th December 2025 on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+.   No international release date has been confirmed, but all previous “Hularious” specials were also released globally on Disney+ on the same day.
