Whitney Leavitt To Leave “Secret Lives Of Mormon Lives”
One of the most popular shows on Hulu and Disney+ is set to lose one of its main stars, as it was revealed over the weekend that Whitney Leavitt will be leaving the hit reality series, “Secret Lives Of Mormon Lives” after four seasons.
The show follows the story of the scandalous world of a group of Mormon mom influencers implodes when they get caught in the midst of a swinging sex scandal that makes international headlines. Now, their sisterhood is shook to its core. Faith, friendship and reputations are all on the line. Will #MomTok be able to survive and continue to give the rulebook a run for its money, or will this group fall from grace?
Whitney revealed during her final performance in “Chicago” on Sunday that she will be leaving the show, and this shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, as she has been very vocal about wanting to move into acting. She has previously starred in “Dancing With The Stars” and will be appearing in a new movie, “All For Love”.
The show has recently come under additional pressure following one of the show’s stars, Taylor Frankie Paul, who was allegedly involved in a domestic violence incident, resulting in production of the fifth season being put on hold.
It’s unclear if Whitney Leavitt will make any appearances in the upcoming fifth season, potentially as a guest star.
All four seasons of “Secret Lives Of Mormon Lives” are available to stream now on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ in the United States and on Disney+ around the world.
