After appearances in “Star Wars: The Mandalorian” and “Star Wars: The Book Of Boba Fett”, Ahsoka finally gets her own time to shine in a brand new series, “Star Wars: Ahsoka”, which is set after the fall of the Empire and follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

In addition to Rosario Dawson in the title role, “Ahsoka” stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth, David Tennant as Huyang, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn and Eman Esfandi appearing as Ezra Bridger.

The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer.

When Will New “Star Wars: Ahsoka” Episodes Be Released On Disney+?

Disney is releasing new episodes of “Ahsoka” at a different time than most Disney+ Originals to allow subscribers in the US to watch the show in the evenings.  So that depending on what country you’re in, the show will be available on a different day.


Here’s a list of when each of the new episodes will be released:

  • Episode 4 –Tuesday 5th (Americas)/ Wednesday 6th September 2023 (Europe/Asia/Pacific)
  • Episode 5 –Tuesday 12th (Americas)/ Wednesday 13th September 2023 (Europe/Asia/Pacific)

What Time Will New Episodes Of “Star Wars: Ahsoka” Be Released On Disney+

For the first time, Disney is releasing a new major series at an earlier time than normal, making it available to viewers in the US in the evening, so it will be available much earlier in other countries around the world.

Disney+ updates on Tuesday/Wednesday at the following times:

  • Pacific Time: 06:00 PM Tuesday
  • Eastern Time: 09:00 PM Tuesday
  • UK: 02:00 AM  Wednesday
  • Sydney, Australia – 11:00 AM Wednesday

Sometimes episodes can arrive a few minutes later as the servers update. The Disney+ front page usually updates about an hour later.

Is “Star Wars: Ahsoka” on Netflix?

This series is made by Lucasfilm exclusively for Disney+, so it will not be available on Netflix, Max, or Amazon.
