What’s Trending On Disney+ | ‘Star Wars: Andor’ Reclaims The Top Spot
It’s Sunday, and time for us to take a look at what’s trending on Disney+ this week. With Halloween over, “Hocus Pocus 2” has had a huge drop in viewing, sliding down the trending list drastically. Other Halloween films have also disappeared from the trending chart, but now the Christmas films are climbing up the chart, with “Home Alone” making its way onto the US charts.
With the upcoming release of the “Zootopia+” short series, the original film is having a boost in viewership in the US, along with “Black Panther”, ahead of the release of “Wakanda Forever”.
The biggest new release on the US trending list is “The Gift”, which ironically is just an advert for ShopDisney, which has had shopping links added to the extra tab on many well-known films and shows.
While in the UK, the biggest new release is the Searchlight Pictures film, “See How They Run.
With new episodes of “Family Guy”, “Station 19”, and “Grey’s Anatomy” being released weekly exclusively on Disney+ in the UK , these shows are now going to be firmly attached to the top spots on the UK trending chart for months to come.
