It’s Sunday and time to look at what’s trending on Disney+;  “Bluey” continues to hold the top spot on the US trending chart, with “The Marvels” continuing to pull in viewers on Disney+.

The new Disney+ Original series, “Iwájú”, has had a strong debut in the United States, making it into the top five most popular things on the streaming platform this week.  The series also just managed to slide onto the trending chart in the UK.

Sony’s Marvel movie, “Morbius” also debuted on the trending chart in the United States following its release on the platform as part of a multi-year pay two contract.  Showcasing how box office failures, can still be a draw on streaming platforms.

This week also saw a new episode of the third season of “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” released, which kept it in the trending chart in the US.

While Hulu on Disney+ launched in the US last month, it’s still in its Beta version until March 2024, so any content from Hulu isn’t included in the main trending chart. 

In the United Kingdom,  “Grey’s Anatomy” continues to be the most popular show on the platform, while the new FX series, “Shōgun”, had an impressive debut, taking one of the top spots on the trending chart, with two episodes of this amazing series dropping earlier in the week.
