It’s Friday and time to take a look at what’s new on Disney+ in Canada today, which includes a brand new original short film plus the latest Indiana Jones film and much more.

Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny

Daredevil archaeologist Indiana Jones races against time to retrieve a legendary dial that can change the course of history. Accompanied by his goddaughter, he soon finds himself squaring off against Jürgen Voller, a former Nazi who works for NASA.


Timeless Heroes

“Timeless Heroes,” directed by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Laurent Bouzereau, explores Harrison Ford’s enduring appeal and his upbringing, including his foray into the entertainment business, his casting in the iconic “Indiana Jones” franchise, and the impact and inspiration generated by the films. It is an in-depth look at an incredible moment in film history when Steven Spielberg and George Lucas assembled an amazing creative team to collaborate on another cinematic benchmark and features never-before-seen footage and interviews with Ford, Spielberg, Lucas, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, James Mangold, and many others as well.


Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

After gaining superpowers from a spider bite, Miles Morales protects the city as Spider-Man. Soon, he meets alternate versions of himself and gets embroiled in an epic battle to save the multiverse.


The Shepherd

The short film is set on Christmas Eve in 1957 and is about a young RAF pilot’s journey home taking a dramatic turn when a mysterious airman appears.


The Mill

Joe is a rising star at Mallard, a mega-corporation whose market power surpasses Amazon and Apple combined. Devoted to his family and fixated on success, his life unravels into a nightmare when he wakes up in an open-air prison cell with no memory.


Explorer: Lake of Fire

An elite team of adventurers and scientists attempt a daring first ascent up an unexplored volcano on a remote Antarctic island to investigate a mysterious boiling lake of lava that is unexplained by science.


Monster Inside: America’s Most Extreme Haunted House

Russ McKamey is the creator of the world’s “most extreme haunted house” — McKamey Manor. He is also a manipulative abuser, according to three people who realize the horror is never over once you decide to enter the Manor. Warning: Some flashing-lights scenes in this film may affect photosensitive viewers.
