What’s New On Disney+ | Amsterdam (Australia/New Zealand)
It’s Wednesday, and time to take a look at what’s been added onto Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand today. There are so many new episodes of original shows this week from around the world, including a new episode of “Willow” and “The Santa Clauses”.
Here’s the rundown:
Willow – Episode 3
An epic period fantasy series with a modern sensibility set in an enchanted land of breathtaking beauty, “Willow” features a diverse international cast with Jonathan Kasdan, Ron Howard, Wendy Mericle, Kathleen Kennedy, and Michelle Rejwan serving as executive producers. The story began with an aspiring magician from a Nelwyn village and an infant girl destined to unite the realms, who together helped destroy an evil queen and banish the forces of darkness. Now, in a magical world where brownies, sorcerers, trolls, and other mystical creatures flourish, the adventure continues, as an unlikely group of heroes set off on a dangerous quest to places far beyond their home, where they must face their inner demons and come together to save their world.
The Santa Clauses – Episode 5
Scott is taken to the Yule-verse where he learns the truth about how he came to be Santa. Meanwhile things at the North Pole get worse as more elves disappear and Christmas spirit is all but destroyed. Scott returns from the Yule-verse and, with Noel, heads back to the North Pole to save Christmas. Before he can, he is quickly captured by Simon. Carol, Cal and Sandra race back to the North Pole to help Scott.
The Mysterious Benedict Society – Season 2
In the second season, Reynie, Sticky, Kate and Constance, the four gifted orphans who were recruited by the eccentric Mr. Benedict, embark on another mission to save the world from the nefarious plans of his twin brother Dr. L.D. Curtain. When the kids discover that Mr. Benedict and Number Two have been kidnapped, they must piece together the riddles and clues within a perilous scavenger hunt set by Mr. Benedict to foil Curtain’s latest scheme. Relying on only their wits, intellect, and empathy, the charming group of misfits embark on a globe-trotting adventure by air, land, sea and pie truck, calling upon their special skills to solve the mysteries and rescue their lost comrades. Along the way, the kids experience the growing pains that come along with being part of their new “found family,” while remaining true to their unique selves. In the process, they discover what true happiness really means.
The Simpsons – New Episode
Homer is stunned by his feelings of rage and resentment when Grampa becomes a doting stepfather to his girlfriend’s quirky young son. Lisa and Bart throw the ultimate slumber party.
The D’Amelio Show – Season 2 – New Episodes
A trip home to Connecticut stirs up mixed emotions for Dixie and Charli. Dixie wonders whether Noah is more loyal to his fans than his loved ones. Charli questions whether to pursue a new business venture, while struggling with her skin.
Abbott Elementary – Season 2 – New Episode
When the eighth-grade science class participates in an egg drop activity, Janine insists her second-grade class joins in. Even when the science teacher and Gregory tell her that her students aren’t ready for physics lessons, Janine is determined to prove them wrong. Then, when Barbara is shocked at the clothing one of her student’s parents wears, she learns to not judge someone solely based on their appearance.
Eureka! – New Episodes
A young inventor designs contraptions in hopes of making the world a better place and moving her prehistoric community into a more modern era.
The Villains of Valley View – New Episodes
When teenage supervillain Havoc stands up to the head of the League of Villains, her family members are forced to change their identities and relocate to a sleepy Texas suburb.
Gigantosaurus (S3, New Episodes)
Four curious young dinosaurs named Rocky, Bill, Tiny, and Mazu go on adventures while following their herd. Rocky is the courageous one, Bill is the most timid, Tiny is the smallest yet most playful, and Mazu is the most inquisitive. The four friends look at things such as mapping the stars and searching for flowers but most importantly, they are asserting their independence and learning to do things away from the safety of the herd.
Big Sky – Season 3 – Mid-Seaon Finale
When shocking new evidence surfaces from the “Bleeding Heart Murder Case,” Jenny and Beau team up with Cassie and achieve a major breakthrough. Buck struggles with his moral ambiguity, and cracks begin to form in his and Sunny’s marriage.
Sumo Do, Sumo Don’t! – Episode 8
The summer training camp is over, and the fall tournament is near. The four members of the Kyoritsu sumo club are determined to win their first match. However, Ryota is unable to stay focused. Meanwhile, Kawarada from the ekiden club joins the sumo club, creating a team of five. In the women’s tournament, Honoka is matched up against Mayu.
Amsterdam
Set in the ’30s, it follows three friends who witness a murder, become suspects themselves, and uncover one of the most outrageous plots in American history.
Edge of the Unknown with Jimmy Chin S1

The Incredible Dr. Pol: Season 20
Dr Jan Pol has been a practicing veterinarian for more than half his life. In 1981 he and his wife, Diane, opened a vet business out of their home, and over the years it has grown to service more than 19,000 clients. Set in Central Michigan’s farm country, this reality series follows Dr Pol and the work done at Pol Veterinary Services. Specializing in large farm animals, Dr Pol treats horses, pigs, cows, sheep, alpacas, goats, chickens and even an occasional reindeer. The program also features Dr Brenda Grettenberger, who has worked with Dr Pol since 1992.
For Life: Seasons 1-2
After being sentenced to lifelong incarceration for a crime he did not commit, Aaron Wallace learns the law and litigates cases for other inmates while seeking justice for himself.
Car SOS: Season 10
The hosts, along with a special car restoration team, refurbish classic four-by-fours of several clients spread across the UK and Europe.

For centuries, brilliant minds have changed and shaped the world. However when genius is used for evil, the results are some of the most twisted, inventive, and outrageous crimes in history.
Future Man: Season 3 – Australia Only
Josh Futterman, a janitor and an avid gamer, completes the game ‘Biotic Wars’. However, the game’s main characters, Tiger and Wolf, appear and task him with preventing the extinction of human beings.
Revenge of Others S1 (New Episodes)
A boy falls to his death at school, but Ok Chanmi does not believe that her twin brother, Park Wonseok, committed suicide. Chanmi transfers to her brother’s school, Yongtan High, and meets Ji Sooheon, who witnessed her brother’s death.
