What’s Coming To Disney+ This Week | The Mandalorian (UK/Ireland)
It’s the start of a brand new week, and Disney+ subscribers in the United Kingdom and Ireland have lots of great new content to enjoy this week, including the return of “The Mandalorian” and “Abbott Elementary”, plus the latest film from Searchlight Pictures and a new British documentary!

Voices Rising: The Music Of Wakanda Forever
Episode 1: “Nigeria: Past is Present”
Director Ryan Coogler and composer Ludwig Göransson work together in Lagos, Nigeria, which is at the center of a rapidly growing, dynamic musical scene. Focusing on the themes of past versus present and technology versus tradition, Göransson starts each recording day working with traditional musicians and ends the day working with modern recording artists, including Fireboy DML, Bloody Civilian, and Busiswa

The Mandalorian – Season 3 – Episode 1
After the defeat of the Empire at the hands of Rebel forces, a lone bounty hunter operating in the Outer Rim, away from the dominion of the New Republic, goes on many surprising and risky adventures.
Empire Of Light
From director and writer Sam Mendes (“1917” and “Skyfall”), Empire of Light is a moving drama about the power of human connection during turbulent times. Set in and around a faded old cinema in an English coastal town in the early 1980s, it follows Hilary (Olivia Colman), a cinema manager struggling with her mental health, and Stephen (Micheal Ward), a new employee who longs to escape this provincial town in which he faces daily adversity. Both Hilary and Stephen find a sense of belonging through their unlikely and tender relationship and come to experience the healing power of music, cinema, and community.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch – Season 2 – Episode 10
“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.
In Season 2, months have passed since the events on Kamino and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.
Abbott Elementary – Season 2 – 10 Episodes
“Abbott Elementary” is a workplace comedy about a group of dedicated, passionate teachers – and a slightly tone-deaf principal – who are brought together in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life. Though these incredible public servants may be outnumbered and underfunded, they love what they do – even if they don’t love the school district’s less-than-stellar attitude toward educating children.
Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur
After 13-year-old supergenius Lunella accidentally brings 10-ton Tyrannosaurus rex Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, they work together to protect the city’s Lower East Side from danger.
9-1-1: Lonestar – Season 4 – Episode 3
Owen gets pulled deeper into the FBI’s investigation of the motorcycle gang. The 126 respond to a call from a man who claims his girlfriend slipped over a cliff side. Carlos searches for a missing friend.
Wu-Tang: An American Saga – Season 3 – Episode 5
Following the completion of the tour, we see the paths of a few lesser known Wu-Tang members as they search for their individual voices amongst the crowd.
Alaska Daily – Episode 5
When someone from Eileen’s past comes to Alaska, she goes against orders, causing a frenetic scene which has some unexpected consequences. Meanwhile, Eileen and Roz gain a new lead on Gloria’s case
Big Sky – Season 3 – Episode 11
Gigi and Jenny find themselves at the mercy of a twisted local family, where a twisted game threatens everything. Sunny and Paige each come to a shocking realization about Buck.
NCIS – Hawaii – Season 2 – New Episode
When a Marine corporal dies in a tide pool after being exposed to fentanyl, the NCIS team must quickly find the source of the drugs; Alex talks to his parents about taking a gap year; Ernie reveals personal news to Lucy.
The Great North – Season 3 – New Episode
Beef and Judy tell different versions of a wild day, while the other Tobins attempt to finish a challenging novel.
Bob’s Burgers – Season 13 – Episode 9

Finding Michael
“Finding Michael” is an emotionally driven documentary that shares details of what happened in 1999, where Michael Matthews became the youngest Briton to summit Mount Everest. But three hours after he reached the top of the world, aged just 22, he disappeared into blinding snow and his body has never been found. 23 years later, his brother British entrepreneur and broadcaster Spencer Matthews sets out on a journey to Everest to find Michael.
