What’s Coming To Disney+ This Week | Choir (US)
It’s the start of a brand new week and time to take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in the United States this week, which includes a brand new series from National Geographic plus the finale of “Percy Jackson And The Olympians” and much more.
There are lots of new additions heading to Hulu On Disney+ this week, including a new series from FX plus lots of new films for the start of a brand new month.
With Hulu On Disney+ still in beta mode, not everything that’s added to Hulu is automatically available in Disney+, and sometimes new content can take a day or more to be made available to watch.

Assembled: The Making Of Echo

Choir
Choir is a 6-part documentary series following the kids of the Detroit Youth Choir as they prepare for the performance of a lifetime. Through their eyes, we experience the highs and lows of life growing up in Detroit, navigating the challenges of balancing family, school, and athletics, all while pursuing their dreams of taking their talents to the next level and performing on one of the world’s biggest stages. Following their 2019 appearance on America’s Got Talent, it’s a pivotal time for the choir and its director, Anthony White, as he’s faced with the combined challenges of replacing several key members, keeping the choir relevant in Detroit, and finding the next big opportunity that will put them back in the national spotlight.

This new Pixar Sparkshort is a story of a wooden doll’s journey of self-discovery as she strives to fit in and blend in with her peers.
Genius MLK/X – Episodes 1 & 2
The series follows “both King and X from their formative years, where they were molded by strong fathers and traumatic injustices, to their rich, parallel stories as they shaped their identities and became the change they wished to see in the world. Influenced as children by different upbringings and experiences: King by the Jim Crow-era South and life in the church before finding his voice at Morehouse and Boston University, and X growing up under the constant, deadly violence of the Klan and falling into a life of vice and incarceration where he was introduced to the Nation of Islam and found his voice. The two visionaries ultimately rose to pioneer a movement.
