It’s the start of a brand new week and time to take a look at what’s coming to Disney+ in the week ahead for US subscribers. There is plenty of new content to look forward to, including a brand new U2 documentary and the return of “Turning The Tables”, plus much more.

NHL Big City Greens

The first-of-its-kind alternate presentation will leverage NHL Edge positioning data (puck and player tracking) to recreate the action on the ice as it is happening while featuring “Big City Greens” characters skating alongside animated versions of the NHL players. The real-time animation will be produced in association with ESPN Edge Innovation Center and NHL EDGE Innovation partners Verizon, Beyond Sports and Silver Spoon.

ESPN commentators will call the action for the “NHL Big City Greens Classic,” and “Big City Greens” talent, including the Houghton brothers and Marieve Herington (the voice of Tilly), will also be featured in the presentation.

The first-ever live, animated NHL game telecast, featuring the Washington Capitals vs. New York Rangers, on March 14th 2023 at 7 p.m. EDT.


Voices Rising: The Music Of Wakanda Forever

Episode 3: “London: Bring It Home”

London’s Abbey Road is one of the most iconic recording studios in the world. Late in the summer of 2022, an international team of musicians and engineers led by Ludwig Göransson descend on the studio for 10 days to record the score for “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” Göransson works with modern recording artists like Jorja Smith and Burna Boy, putting the finishing touches on the score and soundtrack. The episode also features Letitia Wright, who reflects on the score and its role in the film’s extraordinary reception.

The Mandalorian – Season 3 – Episode 3

After the defeat of the Empire at the hands of Rebel forces, a lone bounty hunter operating in the Outer Rim, away from the dominion of the New Republic, goes on many surprising and risky adventures.


Star Wars: The Bad Batch – Season 2 – Episode 213 “Pabu”

“Star Wars: The Bad Batch” follows the elite and experimental clones of the Bad Batch (first introduced in “The Clone Wars”) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch—a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army—each possess a singular exceptional skill that makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.

In Season 2, months have passed since the events on Kamino and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.


Turning The Tables With Robin Roberts – Season 2

In season two, Roberts gets personal with a new group of Hollywood’s iconic women, where they reveal new insights into their incredible journeys on their path to purpose. Each episode features profoundly moving and inspirational conversations centering around real-life topics, including grace, fulfillment, certainty and community. The women detail the struggles they have faced on their journeys through fame in a safe and comforting environment: your best friend’s couch! Listen to never-before-heard stories of how these groundbreakers, from a Gold Medal Olympian to an Emmy Award-winning actress, came face-to-face with their vulnerability, authenticity and intuition to create room for expansion and evolution.


Engineering Connections (S1, S2)

With hands-on experiments and intrepid investigative work, Richard Hammond reveals the secrets behind modern-day superstructures. He visits, among other places, Wembley Stadium, the Sydney Opera House, Hong Kong International Airport, Taipei 101, the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao and the Millau Bridge to uncover how engineers and designers parlayed historical inventions and unconventional technologies into the creation of iconic buildings and machines.


Firebuds (S1, 4 episodes)

Iggy and Rod find themselves in need of The Buds’ help when a storm causes a blackout; Flash discovers lizard eggs but must calm down to take them to a reptile sanctuary.


Doogie Howser, M.D – Seasons 1 – 4

Douglas Howser is a doctor. He is also a 16-year-old genius, he graduated college at age 10 and finished medical school at age 14. But he is still a teenager, with normal teenage friends and problems. Like all adolescents, he feels that his father doesn’t understand him. He is just learning to drive, and just starting to pay attention to girls even while consulting on serious medical causes like heart transplants. It’s a funny and touching story about growing up with more than the usual responsibilities and demands.

Bono & The Edge: A Sort of Homecoming, with Dave Letterman

Academy Award-winning filmmaker Morgan Neville captures Dave Letterman on his first visit to Dublin to hang out with Bono and The Edge in their hometown, experience Dublin, and join the two U2 musicians for a concert performance unlike any they’ve done before.


Hippo VS. Croc

Two of Africa’s deadliest species tough it out against everything nature throws at them.
