What’s Coming To Disney+ In January 2025 (Australia/New Zealand)
In January, Disney+ subscribers in Australia and New Zealand will have plenty of new original content to enjoy, including new episodes of the latest Star Wars series and a new animated show from Marvel. Also coming to Disney+ in January is a brand new “Goosebumps” series, and new episodes of “High Potential” and “Tracker””.

Wednesday, 1st January 2025
Vow of Silence: The Assassination of Annie Mae
This true crime docuseries examines the murder of Annie Mae Aquash – a Mi’kmaq woman from Nova Scotia, Canada, a mother of two daughters, a teacher, and a revolutionary who fought for Indigenous rights in the 1970s whose death went unsolved for almost 30 years. Set between the sweeping landscape of American politics in the volatile 70s and the present-day investigation by Annie Mae’s daughter to uncover secrets from the past, this is a fascinating story of murder, intrigue, love, and betrayal that contextualizes Annie Mae’s story within the larger story of the struggle of Native and First Nations women in their own communities that continues even today.
Alien: Romulus
This truly terrifying sci-fi horror-thriller takes the legendary “Alien” franchise back to its iconic roots. While scavenging the deep ends of a derelict space station, a group of young colonizers come face to face with the deadliest life form in the universe.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew – New Episode
“Skeleton Crew” follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy, crossing paths with the likes of Jod Na Nawood, the mysterious character played by Law. Finding their way home—and meeting unlikely allies and enemies—will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.
Bob’s Burgers – New Episode
A third-generation restaurateur, Bob Belcher, deals with various situations while running his dream restaurant with the help of his uptight wife and their three underachieving kids.

Shared Custody
In Shared Custody, parents Cris and Diego have just separated by mutual agreement. Cris’ work is very absorbing and Diego does not have a fixed salary, so both are forced to move back to their respective parents’ houses. The grandparents are excited that their children and granddaughter are back in their lives, but things deteriorate rapidly. What began as an amicable separation soon takes a turn when they run into harsh reality.
