What’s Coming To Disney+ In 2026

In 2026, Disney has plenty of original programming set to arrive on Disney+ and Hulu around the world, with many iconic franchises returning for new seasons, plus all-new originals to keep subscribers entertained. 

During 2026, Hulu will be merged into Disney+ in the United States, so expect to see more original programming being released on both platforms to get audiences used to Hulu content being available on Disney+.  Internationally, all of these shows will be available on Disney+.

There will also be plenty of other original programming coming to Disney+ throughout 2026, most of which hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, and there will also be lots of additional favourites like “Grey’s Anatomy”, “Family Guy”, “The Simpsons”, also returning for international subscribers. 

Plus, there will be lots of movies heading to Disney+ from the theatres, such as “Avatar: Fire & Ash”, “Moana”, “Toy Story 5”, “Hoppers” and “The Mandalorian & Grogu”, once they’ve had a few months in cinemas.

Here’s a look at some of the originals coming to Disney+ in 2026:


Wonder Man

Aspiring Hollywood actor Simon Williams is struggling to get his career off the ground. During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery, an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns legendary director Von Kovak is remaking the superhero film “Wonder Man”. These two actors, at opposite ends of their careers, doggedly pursue life-changing roles in this film as audiences get a peek behind the curtain of the entertainment industry.

This all-new original series will premiere on Disney+ on January 27th, 2026


The War Between the Land and the Sea

The five-part series will showcase how the world reacts when a fearsome and ancient species emerges from the ocean, dramatically revealing themselves to humanity and triggering an international crisis. UNIT, led by Kate Lethbridge-Stewart (Jemma Redgrave), fights for control as humanity faces destruction.  This new series will be coming to Disney+ outside of the UK in 2026.


Daredevil: Born Again – Season 2

Matt Murdock/Daredevil and Mayor Wilson Fisk/Kingpin will find themselves on a collision course, as they both fight for the future of New York City. The second season will be released on Disney+ in March 2026.


Camp Rock 3

The story picks up when Connect 3 loses their opening act for a major reunion tour, returning to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise, and friendships are tested, leading to unexpected alliances, revelations and romances. ​Camp Rock’s all-new campers include bold and determined Sage and her easygoing brother Desi, camp bad boy Fletch, cello prodigy Rosie, drummer with his own beat Cliff, choreo queen Callie and intimidating influencer Madison.


Star Wars: Visions: The Ninth Jedi

“Star Wars: Visions — The Ninth Jedi” is a spin-off from “Star Wars: Visions” and tells the story of how Kara’s journey continues to unfold.


The Artful Dodger – Season 2

Jack’s back! The Artful Dodger returns, and he’s in deep trouble. He’s got an appointment with the noose, he’s being hunted by Inspector Boxer, Port Victory’s new lawman, and if he sees the woman he loves, Lady Belle, he’ll be hanged. 

Meanwhile, Lady Belle is determined to forge her future in medicine, defying expectation and stepping into danger, driven by ambition and a love already hanging in the balance.

With Boxer competing with Jack for Belle’s affection, the crafty Fagin drags Dodger into their most dangerous heist yet, and a killer is on the loose. Get ready for an explosive season of new characters and locations with more thrills, humour, heart, invention and deception than ever.

This new series will be released on Hulu and Disney+ on February 10th, 2026. 


Vision Quest

This will be the third instalment in the “WandaVision” story, and will see Paul Bettany return as the Vision. He will be joined by Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, James D’Arcy, Orla Brady, Emily Hampshire, James Spader, and Ruaridh Mollica. This new series will be arriving on Disney+ in 2026.


Star Wars: Maul Shadow Lord

In a new series set after the events of the final season of The Clone Wars, Maul rises again to lead the underworld factions.


Pole To Pole With Will Smith

Five years in the making, the series follows Will across all seven continents, taking him from the icefields of Antarctica to the jungles of the Amazon, the mountains of the Himalayas, the deserts of Africa, the islands of the Pacific and the icebergs of the Arctic.

Inspired by his late mentor to explore life’s big questions, Will throws himself into incredible challenges for 100 days: skiing to the South Pole, catching a giant anaconda, milking a venomous tarantula, climbing mountains, and diving under the ice of the North Pole. He will venture from pole to pole in the company of scientists, explorers and local experts.

Arrives on Disney+ & Hulu On January 14th 2026.


Hey A.J

“Hey AJ!” is a whimsical and music-filled family comedy about an imaginative young girl: AJ. AJ uses her big imagination to make ordinary life moments extraordinary. She can turn a long drive with her mom and dad into a rocket ship space adventure or a trip to the park into a superhero mission to save the world. With AJ’s trusty stuffed bunny sidekick, Theo, her mom Siggi, dad Marty, and best friends Jessie and Jazz—there’s no situation that AJ can’t make extraordinary by using her imagination.

This new series will premiere on Disney+ on January 14th 2026.


The Doomies

The Doomies follows best friends Bobby and Romy, who accidentally open a portal to the underworld, transforming their serene coastal town into a hotbed of monstrous activity.


Paradise – Season 2

In season two, Xavier searches for Teri out in the world and learns how people survived the three years since The Day. Back in Paradise, the social fabric frays as the bunker deals with the aftermath of Season 1, and new secrets are uncovered about the city’s origins.

This new season will premiere on Monday, 23rd February 2026, with three episodes, followed by new episodes weekly on Hulu and on Disney+ internationally.


Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man – Season 2

Marvel Animation’s “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” is an animated series that follows Peter Parker on his way to becoming a hero, with a journey unlike we have ever seen and a style that celebrates the character’s early comic book roots.


The Beauty

In FX’s “The Beauty,” the world of high fashion turns dark when international supermodels begin dying in gruesome and mysterious ways. FBI Agents “Cooper Madsen” and “Jordan Bennett” are sent to Paris to uncover the truth. As they delve deeper into the case, they uncover a sexually transmitted virus that transforms ordinary people into visions of physical perfection, but with terrifying consequences. Their path leads them directly into the crosshairs of “The Corporation”, a shadowy tech billionaire who has secretly engineered a miracle drug dubbed “The Beauty,” who will do anything to protect his trillion-dollar empire—including unleashing his lethal enforcer, “The Assassin”. As the epidemic spreads, “Jeremy”, a desperate outsider, is caught in the chaos, searching for purpose as the agents race across Paris, Venice, Rome, and New York to stop a threat that could alter the future of humanity. The Beauty is a global thriller that asks: what would you sacrifice for perfection?

The series premiere includes the first three episodes on January 22nd 2026, on Hulu and Disney+, with a new episode of the 11-episode first season set to premiere each following Thursday, and two episodes in each of the final two weeks.


X-Men ’97 – Season 2

Marvel Animation’s “X-Men’97” revisits the iconic era of the 1990s as The X-Men, a band of mutants who use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them, are challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.


A Thousand Blows – Season 2

Inspired by the true-life stories of a group of characters battling for survival in the brutal East End of London in the 1880s. One year later. Hezekiah Moscow is a shadow of the man he once was, whilst Sugar Goodson is estranged from his family and drinking himself to death. Just as Wapping is about to sigh its last breath, Mary Carr bursts back into town with her loyal second, Alice Diamond. In Mary’s absence, Eliza Moody failed reign as Queen has seen her exiled whilst Indigo Jeremy has taken back control of the Elephants. Mary is back to reassemble the Forty Elephants and reclaim her crown. She sobers Sugar up, she has a use for him yet, and forms a reluctant alliance with Hezekiah to take down Indigo Jeremy once and for all. As always, Mary has a plan. And this time it’s riskier than ever.

The new season will premiere on Hulu and Disney+ on 9th January 2026.


The Testaments 

“The Testaments” is a coming-of-age story that finds a new generation of young women in Gilead grappling with the bleak future that awaits them. For these young women, growing up in Gilead is all they have ever known, having no tangible memories of the outside world prior to their indoctrination into this life. Facing the prospect of being married off and living a life of servitude, they will be forced to search for allies, both new and old, to help in their fight for freedom and the life they deserve.

”The Testaments” will premiere in April 2026 on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ internationally.


Rivals – Season 2

Set in the stunning Cotswolds countryside and against the backdrop of the glamorous, high-stakes world of 1980s British television, the second instalment reunites the all-star cast who captivated fans and critics, while introducing some exciting new faces. Following last season’s dramatic cliffhanger with Tony’s fate hanging in the balance, Lord Baddingham is back and out for vengeance ready to stop at nothing to keep Corinium’s empire unrivalled.
