Disney has announced that the third season of the National Geographic series, “Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller” is coming to Disney+ in Canada on Wednesday 22nd February 2023.

Peabody and duPont Award-winning journalist Mariana van Zeller continues her harrowing exploration into the underworld’s most dangerous black markets. Armed with National Geographic’s trademark inside access, each episode follows van Zeller as she works her way inside a different black market or global trafficking network where she meets the players and learns the business, all in an effort to understand the inner workings of the world’s multitrillion-dollar shadow economy.

This season of the Emmy-nominated series “Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller”, takes viewers on an investigative journey, exposing the inner workings of the most dangerous shadow markets, criminal organizations and trafficking networks around the world. Gaining access that only National Geographic can provide, our fearless guide Mariana puts her life at risk to better understand these underground economies and the people behind them.

In the United States, the third season will premiere on Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 9:00 p.m. ET on the National Geographic channel and new episodes will be available the next day on Hulu.

The first two seasons of “Trafficked with Mariana Van Zeller” are available to stream now on Disney+.
