“Titanic” 25th Anniversary Re-Release Tickets Now On Sale
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, a remastered version of James Cameron’s multi-Academy Award-winning “Titanic” will be re-released to theatres in 3D 4K HDR and high-frame-rate.
With a cast headed by Oscar winners Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, the film is an epic, action-packed romance set against the ill-fated maiden voyage of the “unsinkable” Titanic, at the time, the largest moving object ever built.
For one week only, fans can celebrate Titanic’s 25th anniversary by experiencing the epic spectacle and timeless film in immersive IMAX 3D. IMAX will bring audiences back onboard the Titanic to feel the wind in their faces at the bow of the ship and to experience one of Hollywood’s most iconic, breathtaking cinematic movies of all time.
The film is distributed by Paramount Pictures in the United States, but internationally the film is released by 20th Century Studios. Last year, the film was removed from Disney+ internationally, due to the movie’s re-release, which follows a similar pattern we saw with the re-release of “Avatar” last year.
Tickets are on sale now for this special week, only re-release for Valentine’s Day week.
