“The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball” Debuts On The Nielsen Streaming Chart

Nielsen has announced its top 10 streaming charts for the United States from July 28th, 2025, to August 3rd 2025. There are four different charts: Top 10 Originals, Acquired Shows, Movies, and a combined total chart.

The new release of “The Wonderfully Weird World of Gumball” on Hulu and Hulu On Disney+ was able to just make the original chart.  The show welcomes fans to Elmore, where the laws of reality are a joke, and family life is anything but ordinary. Whether he’s battling an evil fast-food empire, facing off against a sentient AI in love with his mom, or trying to stop Banana Joe from wearing pants, Gumball Watterson drags his brother Darwin, sister Anais, and the rest of the town of Elmore along for the ride.

Disney continues to hold on to a large portion of the acquired charts, with Disney’s biggest hits, “Grey’s Anatomy”,  “Family Guy” and “Bluey”, continuing to pull in viewers on Hulu and Disney+.
